Gharial-inspired aquatic giant monster akin to something from the godzilla franchise. Hunts with taser-like electrically conductive teeth, that are also venomous... just to make it worse.
Can't really walk on land bc the back legs are flat like turtle flippers, breathes water (and air kind of but only about as well as your average fish does hah) makes noise by sliding its teeth together like a giant knife on a sharpening stone.
