Kittycord's Universe (Kittyverse) is one of the many under Fachristink's cosmic rein. A long time ago, it was an extremely dangerous wartorn world, constantly half destroyed by an endless rain of meteors. The world constantly fought over 'safer' areas, richer earth or near mountains. To find safety from the meteors. In an attempt to soothe over the barely living population, a very powerful magic user collected all of the magic that ran through the ground, and used it to create a massive shield around the entire planet. Unfortunately this had the side effect of requiring the caster to go into a deep sleep, as the strain of spell up-keep was too much for them. In their place they left a council, who they knew would be able to properly take credit for stopping the meteors, and would be able to unify the world under good and fair laws. Over time however, as new councils were appointed, the laws were twisted. Turned horrible and too harsh. Unicorns and Pegasi were forcibly 'equalized' upon birth, their horns and wings surgically removed to ensure that equality would reign supreme. ponies were sorted into jobs according to the needs of the planet.
Currently, the rebel leader Winter Slip, a Unicorn who escaped imprisonment is attempting to change things, and is doing a find job at it. Kitty works with him, and progress, though slow, is on its way.
