Rumo

• Original design is based on Raya and the last dragon; but I do not use this character in that context

Rumo is an overconfident hoarder of shiny things. A dangerous pursuit living in a city of dragons, most certainly. He's crafty, clever, and absolutely a silver tongued little weasel who loves the thrill of stealing another dragons precious things right under them. His choice of hoard? Things stolen from other hoards, of course. Needless to say he's got a big of a nasty reputation and most cant stand him. Even despite the stealing thing, he's got a smarmy attitude and a pretty punchable face. He's usually wearing one of those smirks that automatically infuriates everyone within a 3 mile radius.

He doesn't seem to care about anyone but himself and often comes across as aloof and selfish, a view he propagates by vehemently denying ever "Doing nothing for nobody". Really, he's not all bad and probably would do the right thing...eventually. He has trouble really trusting or opening up to others because he's been on his own for a very long time.

Rumo never knew his parents because they were killed by humans when he was very young. Well, his mother was anyway- his father just vanished off the map. Brought up by one of the resident broodmothers alongside many other hatchlings he always felt alone and forgotten, never really getting the attention he craved at a young age. As a result he took to being problematic and stealing things from the other dragonlings just to feel wanted or noticed for even a short amount of time. Unfortunately, it worked- spurring a bad habit that'd follow him the rest of his life.

He now lives in the pinnacle and has never been to the outside world, stealing from other dragon's hoards in order to bolster his own. He's the local town hoodlum and most others find him pretty annoying, and can't trust him as far as they can throw him.

 He doesn't mind though, he finds it all terribly fun and adores causing trouble. He hasn't done anything bad enough to get exiled from the city....yet.
