A bookkeeper at the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, Jiaqi is a light-hearted sort despite the morbidity of her career. One of the highlights of her day is often seeing the consultant, Zhongli, arriving into the parlor for a visit.

One day, she was tasked by Hu Tao in order to gather certain items from Mondstadt, namely Dawn Winery, and so she soon met Diluc. The two held a long and fascinating conversation, leaving Jiaqi's heart torn between feelings for Zhongli and feelings for Diluc.
