👍YOU CAN:
- post my designs on another platform/site as long as you ask me first and give me proper credits (You do not have to ask me if it is toyhouse, as long as you credit me) - make changes to the design as long as it stays recognizable. - trade/regift/sell to ONLY people who have an account on toyhouse (if you obtained a design by me from a raffle or trade, you can only trade and regift! However, if you commissioned artwork, you may resell it for amount invested) - co-ownership of my designs is acceptable as long as the people involved are in full agreement. However, I am not very supportive of the idea due to the issues that might arise. Please leave me out of it.
🚫YOU CAN NOT:
- claim the design as yours. - edit my artwork in any way. - steal or copy my designs. - sell for more you bought it for (expect if there is commissioned art invested) - trade/sell/gift to people who doesn't have a toyhouse account (i want to keep tracking my designs, i hope this is understandable!) - change the design into a closed species (i know absolutely nothing about closed species and they do not interest me much. So please i dont want to be involved to that)

-DO NOT delete the Original design please. I am fine with redesigning but please keep the OG design to its character's respective toyhouse.
- trade/sell/gift to people who doesn't have a toyhouse account (i want to keep track of my designs and avoid scams at all cost, i hope this is understandable!)
--please DO NOT re-update a design even if you co-own them with someone or if you bought them off-side of toyhouse, i wouldn't be able to tell who owns what. I will not accept the credits and i will request deletion of the toyhouse profile. Even if you provide me "proofs" of your ownership. I hope this is also understandable!
-do not involve my art or designs with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI training!
