Don't resell a design for more than you paid for it, unless you have commissioned extra art of them. (Art you've drawn is fine too, but be reasonable)- I notice when a design I traded to someone gets resold, or when things are suddenly hiked up in price. I do not appreciate my work being used for profit and it will lead to me blacklisting you.
Don't interact with my work further if I've blocked you.
I don't revoke designs, but you shouldn't be seeking any more second-hand when you know I've blocked you from my accounts. I will make a public post if I find out its happening.
- Feel free to edit my designs however you'd like, just please keep me as the designer credit! You may edit my art as long as the original file is still in the character's gallery. Never remove or draw over my watermark. Do not ever edit my art to make it NSFW, I will block.
- You can sell prints/merch etc of your art (or if you have a commercial art contract from another artist), its your character and you have the rights to your artwork and such! However, you may not sell the original adopt/custom file of the character for commercial purposes.
- Do not claim any of my designs as purely your own. Please credit me when uploading them. It's a-okay to add yourself or others as a design credit if they get redesigned! Do not remove or replace my credit from toyhouse, even if the character is heavily redesigned I should still be listed as a credit.
- Don't assign value that doesn't exist. If you bought a character for $50 don't say it was originally $100 (commissioned art value on top is just fine). Don't resell for a higher value than the character is worth. I do not mind if you assign value to your own drawings just be reasonable please!
- You're free to gift or trade my designs. I may blacklist if designs are frequently traded within a week by the same person, I don't appreciate my work being used as trade fodder but I understand some circumstances so just ask me if you can!
- You do not own the design until payment has been sent or the art/characters offered have been completed and sent.
- No need to tell me when anything is being traded/resold. I do check every now and then though and can see if something was flipped (sold higher value/assigned value that didn't exist)
- I do not endorse nor support hateful / offensive, racist, or LGBT-phobic characters being made from my designs. I will block and blacklist if my designs are used to engage in hateful, bigoted, or immoral content. I consider feral NSFW immoral content.
