Regent

Eye pattern motifs my beloved <3 <3 <3 

Regent lives in Winterwick, and serves as one of the leaders of the village. She believes she was mutated by a strong surge of magic that caused magic to go haywire - whether her magic was dormant before, or was brought about by the surge, she doesn't know. All she knows is that she now receives prophetic visions on a near-daily basis. She uses these visions to help guide the villagers in their daily lives, though she has no interest in imposing her will on them. 

She tries to guide more adventurous sorts away from climbing the mountain, though... she just gets a bad feeling about it.
