Molarface is the name given to an extremely dangerous individual currently being held in a high-security [expunged] facility deep in the mountains with numerous other entities and individuals, all monitored 24/7 by [expunged] security.
[expunged] was permanently scarred by bombshell shrapnel in an explosion of which he was the only survivor during his time in the US Military. Shortly after returning home, he disappeared, leaving behind his home burned to the ground and his wife brutalized and murdered. For nearly 20 years, Molarface reappeared and disappeared, leaving behind carnage and ruin, each time growing more and more grotesque.
Through unknown means, [expunged] tore apart his own face after the explosion that left him deformed, inserting the teeth of his victims into his fleshy, featureless face. His eyes, nose and ears have long been gone, replaced by blood-red flesh similar to inflamed gum tissue.
