Kitty worked for a man who owned one of the larger nightclubs in Javen and wasn't a big fan of working under him. She robbed him and ran away, becoming one of Ez and ANN's targets at one point, the task was to return her to her owner. She offered them more money (that she had stolen from him) to discard the task and Ez accepted. The man who owned the building couldn't keep it up without his money and had to sell it, Kitty then returned to the club and bought it, becoming the new owner.
