Pastor, Sniper Operator, what they lack in experience, they make up for with their quick wit and adaptability.
A Cautus born in Laterano, Pastor claims to have been exiled by their own family after contracting Oripathy.
Pastor can be perceived as rather naive. Being relatively new to the whole messenger business, they lack experience on the field. But their evaluation shows that they can indeed be a rather quick learner. Pastor is able to grasp concepts and techniques quite quickly, using their senses to adapt and make up for their shortcomings.
Those who have gotten to know Pastor better are aware that the young Cautus will often put up a front to mask their worries. But they can also be genuinely bright and lively, especially off of the field. Leave it up to Pastor to try and cheer his friends up after deployment on the battlefield, they certainly do their best to keep everyone in high spirits whenever possible.

Though Pastor is still technically a citizen of Laterano on paper, after his exile, he wanted nothing to do with the city ever again. The young cautus currently lives in Lungmen and has associated with Penguin Logistics; though he does not consider himself a member of the tight-knit organization. He likes to think he's more of a friendly intern who's learning from the colorful cast of spontaneous characters within PL.
Having eloped from RIM Billiton upon learning of his wife's pregnancy, Pastor's father made the decision to migrate to Laterano to keep his family safe from the life they had led back in the mining villages of the region. His parents had believed that they would lead safe and quiet lives so long as they stayed in Laterano. Third of four children, Pastor lived a life of bliss with his family in his younger years. His fondest memories were of his siblings, two elder brothers and their baby sister, they'd spend nearly every waking moment together. A starry-eyed youth who expected to live contently in the mostly peaceful streets of Laterano; one who never fully grasped the concept of separation because they were rarely subjected to it.
Pastor was born with albinism (OCA1B). He was diagnosed with astigmatism and had to wear glasses when he was younger. Even if he looked different from his siblings, he was never pitied or treated differently, which he was very appreciative of.

Lore-wise, this weapon is used as a backup, in case their main weapon is compromised in one way or another.
