- Tops : A black t-shirt with yellow hems, and a design with a white skull, and three coloured bones.
-Bottoms : Black shorts with a yellow stripe running down the sides, and a black and yellow belt suspender. Sometimes instead of shorts, he will wear long black pants with an identical yellow stripe going down both sides.
- Shoes : Black tennis shoes with yellow laces.
- Other : He always wears a black bandanna, with a small white skull design on the front. He also wears bandages on his arms.
Accessories : Occasionally he will wear red ribbons on his wrist instead of bandages.

Notable features : There was a point in time where he burned his arms, which was why he started wearing bandages. Now, those burns are starting to fade away, but he still wears the bandages. Ki-Tsune also has skinny legs, and he is a fast runner.

- As an anthro fox : He has a generic anthro form look, but the tips of ears are dark brown, and the tip of his tail is black. He doesn't wear shoes, and has digitigrade legs. He still retains his clothing.
- As a feral fox : He is also a generic fox, with the same traits and markings as he does in his anthro form. In his feral form, he doesn't wear any clothes, except for his black bandanna. Occasionally, he will be seen wearing bandages on his arms, or red ribbons.His hair is medium-long, stopping a bit above his shoulders. His bangs are long and stick out, and the back of his hair curves upwards a little bit. It is a blonde in colour, lighter in colour than his sister's hair colour. He wears a black bandanna with a skull on it almost always.

His eyes are a light blue, darker than his sister's. Ki-Tsune's skin tone is light, but not pale.

The outfit that he mainly wears is a black shirt with yellow hems, with a unique design on the front. The design has a white skull at the very top, and three bones descending from it. The top bone is red, the middle bone is yellow, while the bottom one is blue, and it is cracked.

He wears black shorts with a yellow stripe running down both sides, and a belt suspender to his left side, similar to the one Kagamine Len wears.

He is often seen with white bandages covering his arms up to the elbow, but sometimes he is instead seen with three red ribbon-like bracelets on both wrists.

In his human form, Ki-Tsune wears black and yellow converse shoes, and white socks. In his anthro form, he is almost always bare-foot.

In his anthro form, Ki-Tsune has generic fox markings on his body (light belly fur, darker fur on the limbs, etc), and his fur is orange. The tips of his ears and tail are black.
