Imogen was a singleshifter (funny little mayfly) who was a 7th grader at the magic school, before Metal Illness took hold and their parents elected to condemn them to the Psych Ward until they got better . The other one was a shapeshifter who Looked through the psych wards window, went Oh? and then decided to imitate Imogen, go to the school and go Hey! They Said I Was Better Now they let me out :> i can start going to school again right? they let me out im better now :> and the school went w. alright yeah welcome back . They get to the school, completetly knowing theyre gonna have to imitate this kid perfectly to avoid suspicion just to find out This Kid Did Not Ever Have Friends. Nobody Remembers Them so theyre just like a. alright easier then. alright i guess ive got an even Better blank slate than i thought :> Alright! . and the psych ward will never go looking for "Gennie" because they've still got the real one In their facility so they dont know anything is up. and also sometimes gennie comes back to the window just to taunt the stupid fly kid and how much nobody misses that they are gone and gennie is ready for a fun semester at school !!
