Kitty Furlong

Katherine, or as her friends call her, Kitty, is the adopted sister of Chance Furlong. She was created by Dark Kat to be a weapon against MegaKat City. But upon realizing she'd have to 'grow up' as any other child, Dark Kat gave her a normal disguise and dropped her off on a random doorstep (Chance's family) so they could raise her until she reached adulthood. In which then the disguise would wear off and he'd return for her. (Created in 2009)
