• Storm incarnate, Breath of Ire 
• Still uses "male" titles; King, etc.
• Sometimes seen in Eureka, Anemos - though storms are usually blamed on them, when no one is aware of [Storm King]. Squall isn't deemed a 'Notorious Monster', due to being untargetable. 
• Can probably be seen in Yanxia too.
• Mortals in the Far Eastern region are aware of the voidsent & their monstrous, leviathan-like forms. They're treated as "auspices" & are sometimes prayed too. To mortals, they grant them thunderous storms, rain for bountiful harvests.
• Eyes will change to red, this only happens when Squall infuses their wind abilities with Black Magic.
• 3 scars on their side, its unknown how they got them - but theories suggest these scars were from a fight.

Monster | Wind Serpent Ibushi

• Can sometimes be seen "swimming" through the clouds around Eureka, Anemos
• Squall's monster form is much smaller in size compared to, the Storm King - so they'd be tougher to spot when the Storm King is present.
• The orb they carry around,  or is seen floating next to them, is what gives Squall their wind abilities. 
• Its common to see Squall floating upside down.
• They can always be seen during 'Gales'
• They aren't present when Pazuzu is spawned.
