1. If selling my design:
   • Don't sell for more than its original value (unless it comes with commissioned art).
   • Don't sell my design to off-site users/not on Toyhou.se unless I personally allow it.
   • Gift art doesn't count towards monetary value. 
   • (Please read)
     I think that art you created yourself can count towards monetary value as long it's fairly priced (and not breaking other TOS such as CS and Collaborated designs - if applied to design). Please understand that this may not be the case for other designs TOS and is completely optional if you believe your self-made art should be valued or not. I will allow self-made art to have value for my designs as long as it is fair.
     
     
2. Don't remove my credit as designer/or creator.
   
   
3. Don't delete my designs from Toyhou.se, I would like to keep track of my designs.
   
   
4. When making changes on my design (that you own or have received permission to edit), keep the changes minor so the character is recognisable to its former design. Major edits to my designs are only allowed via my personal confirmation and permission.
   
   
5. DO NOT use my designs for offensive attributes.
   
   
6. DO NOT steal my designs.
   
   
7. DO NOT resell gifted designs created and given by me.
