The story is about twin white-haired girls who are the daughters of great leaders of a powerful and influential gang in the slums. One day their parents departed on a mysterious journey seeking rumored treasure in the wastelands beyond the city, giving little information to anyone else, but never returned. Without their leaders the gang began to fall to discord; most respected the twins' inherited leadership, but the sisters disagreed with each other on how to lead the gang/how to approach the issue of locating their lost parents. As the girls split apart in disagreements, the gang too split into halves that follow either sister. The two now struggle with their rivalry and taking care of their followers while also racing to find their parents, the mystery behind their disappearance, and the potentially world-changing treasure they were after.
