-Do not sell for more than purchased for unless more art is added (your own art counts!)

-When reselling the character, if you sell for less than you have put into it, the new owner retains the original value. This also applies when trading for a character of lesser value. (If trading for a more valuable character, this character does not increase in value.)

-Do not remove character from toyhouse OR trade to someone without an account. If someone off-site wants one of my designs I am happy to provide an invite code!

-You may commercialize the character, but only using art you made or have permission to commercialize. Do not sell merch of any art by me, base edits without commercial rights, etc.

*IMPORTANT:* REDESIGNS ARE ALLOWED BUT DO NOT SEPARATE THE REDESIGN FROM THE ORIGINAL CHARACTER. IT IS THE SAME CHARACTER AND CAN NOT BE SOLD/TRADED SEPARATELY. (Exceptions can be made if design is VERY different! Ask first.)
