You can't:
-sell character for more than base value (price you bough it oryginaly) if you dont have any extra art of character
-sell characters for money if you got them for free (ex.raffle) or for art or traded for them if you dont have extra art of character
You can:
-trade, sell, trade for art design you bought/tradaed/got for free(ex.raffle) for more than base walue (walue you bought them for) if you have extra art (base price grows with prices of added art, ex. base 30$ +art 40$= new base walue 70$) anyways, u know what i mean
-give for free or give from raffle design you bought/tradaed/got for free
-make some changes in character's palette, accesories, ect. (as long as character doesnt look totaly difrent)
