Hu Jay Bix a.k.a Juice Box is an outlaw alien hiding on earth as one of the most common domesticated companion animals on the planet, a cat.
It was far easier than a human, since they have a complicated set of social interactions that if handled incorrectly, make life on Earth far more difficult. Cats where also much easier than a dog, another very common animal, considering the average cat is smaller and far more agile then the typical dog.
He took the name Juice Box after accidentally making contact with a human child, who accidentally called him Juice Box instead of his original name and he decided it would be better for his cover if he just stuck with Juice Box.
He's hiding on Earth because he's trying to avoid space cops after he accidentally parked his space ship in the Space Emperor's reserved parking spot. He wasn't able to pay the hefty fine for such a transgression and instead of getting locked up for the next sixty universal time units he ran off to the smallest, most nondescript, out of the way planet he could find. Earth.
And its turning out he isn't the only one who thought Earth would be a good hideout.
Or the only one who thought hiding as a cat was a good idea.
