March 29, 21. Vampire that's like 18-19 tops. His fangs and claws are retractable in a snake-like way. When they're out, his claws tug at the skin on the tips of his fingers a bit, making a small wrinkle. When they're in, the look kinda gross. They retract all the way in like a cat's claws, so there's no actual fingernail there or anything - just this little point. He has fangs on both his upper and lower canines to really anchor in there. The whole black thing on his neck is his bite scar - that's just what they look like 'round here. He doesn't actually feed on blood, he sort of...needs to be in contact with it. Usually this is just easier to do by swallowing it, but he can make due by smearing it on himself, too. As such, he has a habit of doing a bit of...desecrating. He isn't really into that whole 'leave victims alive' thing. He's got a lot of pent-up anger, so we might as well murder while we're here. Due to being a ginger, he sunburns stupid easy. This has combined with his vampirism in such a way that he'll actually begin to smolder in the sunlight. He won't catch fire, but he will get eaten away by the embers. Has attached earlobes. Pupils are slit, but iris stays round. Flops all his hair on one side of his head and does that thing where people just run a hand through their hair haphazardly and are like 'it's pushed back, I fixed it'. Gets really ticked off if it gets mentioned that he doesn't look like your ~typical vampire~ (what with the freckles and red hair and all)
Kance was murdered in college by (obviously) a vampire. He was doing computer science and stuff, but the whole death thing really threw a wrench in that. He prowls his old campus for prey in a sort of misplaced revenge
