- You may NOT sell the character more than what you have paid for, UNLESS you have added more art to boost the pricing (whether it be from personal art or commissions).
- Making an alternate design/gender/species/etc. of a design is permitted, however, if they still look like the old/alt design I will advise you to NOT sell them as it could create confusion for possible theft.
- If the character is on Toyhou.se, it must STAY on Toyhou.se. If you sold it to someone who doesn't have a Toyhou.se, you will have to create a folder for said person/people so I can keep tabs on who owns the character. This is to make sure there's no theft involved.
Fail in following these terms, I have the rights to revoke your character(s), and block + blacklist you!!!
