HIS DESIGN AND BACKGROUND IS STILL A WIP BUT HE IS A MAN BUILT LIKE A BRICK AND HAIRY AS A CARPET (except on his head)

He is a bounty-hunter (or more like a debt collector) that works for devils not by choice but by blackmail of which he'd rather not get into. Anchor is an extremely orderly man, his job requires him to be. He often has a notebook in one hand and a suitcase in another. A man with a lot over his head, in his free time Anchor likes calming activities to combat his stress. He'll read the newspaper, garden, or sketch. Despite his efforts, he still finds himself stressing over his notes and logbooks into the wee hours. In his youth he was a seaman who worked on the docks and quite the rebellious hooligan, but now he's a hardass who takes things extremely seriously. Someone please dredge up that old funny bone of his. I swear it's deep in there somewhere.

Currently Anchor's been assigned to collect the debts owed to some foolish bastard of a devil along with being forced to watch other him. They're neighbors now. Seems like a set up for some buddy type comedy movie if you ask me.

(Note: He hilariously has the power to make people fart, something he acquired from a demon in his more youthful joker years of course, but as you imagine you won't him catch it bringing up or using it now. Well, hm, unless...)
