RP Information
Blotchfungi was born as the first, although not last, kit to Spottedroots and Woodpeckerfly. As the first kit to the newly-wed(newly-mated??) couple, they tried their best to raise Blotchfungi to perfection. Whilst doing so, they were deemed the experimental child. Both parents put all their attention on Blotchfungi, rarely leaving him alone for even a moment. Adding onto that, this inspired Blotchfungi to be a huge people pleaser and rarely, if ever, pay mind to his own desires. He didn’t usually talk to other cats besides his parents, but one day he met Bugheart through his father. The shecat was very kind, though quite forceful with her own desires, and regularly asked the calico to fulfill little tasks for her. These consisted of water downed apprentice duties, such as giving moss for new beds. Bugheart provided the moss of course, and all the other objects he would distribute, which helped him learn more about his fellow clanmates. The two cats' closeness was pretty easy to see from surrounding cats, so Blotchfungi was apprenticed to her. Around his final moon, his parents finally stopped monitoring him so heavily, leading Bugheart to sometimes sneak the calico away from camp, wanting to show off Birdclan territory. This wasn’t something Bugheart did for selfish reasons, and she more or less wanted Blotchfungi to escape from camp, to live a little. She was still intense about it, so it wasn’t really Blotchfungi’s choice to leave, starting to contribute to his desire to do anything to please other cats.
Blotchfungi finally got officially apprenticed to Bugheart, which made it much easier to go into territory for the both of them. Beforehand, Bugheart never actually trained the tom whilst he was a kit, though she changed that after the official apprenticeship. A day or so after being her apprentice, he did come out to her, receiving unconditional support. His parents were surprised and unprepared for this, and were a tad shallow to him at first, which led to Blotchfungi being attached to Bugheart. Of course, Woodpeckerfly and Spottedroots did come around to his coming out and rapidly adjusted. She instantly became a strict and dedicated mentor, not going easy on him whatsoever. He didn’t protest of course, whether it be because he was a nuisance or genuinely believing this was what being an apprentice should be like, he continued training. Luckily enough, he was quite excellent with training and all Bugheart expected of him. He still kept a bubbly attitude and enjoyed his time with her immensely. Along with the expectations came fatigue and overworking, which is where the majority of his injuries came from. More than once, from pure exhaustion, he’s stumbled off of small trees or low branches, which would place a mark. He got taken to the medicine den with each injury, which would lead to him being forced to take a break. It made a strange atmosphere whenever he would interact with Bugheart after the falls, though the relationship usually repaired itself up until an additional fall. When cats suspected malevolent ideas from Bugheart, Blotchfungi defended her immensely. Surprisingly enough though she really didn’t have such ideas, at least she never viewed herself having them. The two maintained a tightly-knit bond, which Blotchfungi is quite glad about.
Of course, Blotchfungi surpassed his warrior’s assessment and received his name, receiving support from Bugheart and his parents immensely. Although it was a surprise, his parents gave him a present for receiving his warrior name. It was the woodpecker feather he wears to this day, representing his father and mother’s support and pride for him. It has some tears in it, though the calico hasn’t taken it off since. He's been a warrior for a good bit, though he still has a bit of newly-made warrior energy within him. Not much has occurred for him yet, since Birdclan hasn't had too much occur in general. He just learned his mother is expecting another litter, so he’s waiting for them to show up! He’s excited for them, though he isn't by any means blown away or anything. He also was just given Foxpaw as an apprentice, which he's surprised by but very excited for. He hasn't gotten too close to him yet, since it was a very recent assignment, so he hopes to do the best he can for the tom.

Appearance: A very skinny and nimble tom with thin, short fur, though he has sections of significantly longer fur. His tail looks like a lizard’s, and his pelt is coated with orange, ginger, and black splashes.
Personality: A energetic and bubbly guy, tries to make sure those around him are comfortable, happy, you name it! As long as they feel good, he’s at peace. He’s lived his whole life as a people pleaser, and he continues to live as such. It’s very difficult for him to do something for himself, so he preoccupies himself with tasks, jobs, and providing for other cats. He is the biggest pushover a cat’s ever seen, and is pretty prone to doing whatever is desired, no matter how it makes him feel. Confidence is non-existent of course, and he depends entirely on others’ opinions. He has a difficult time describing what he wants, so he fabricates answers depending on what the opposing cat or cats are asking. He stops himself from being too enraged at others, and by no means whatsoever will ever swear, he’s only a little guy(not really, he’s very tall).
