Cecil Pasage

Cecil doesn't really live anywhere in particular, and mostly just wanders the streets of an abandoned city where he used to live.

He gets aggitated pretty easily and often picks fights with people. He doesn't mind being told what to do, so long as someone isn't specifically bossing him around. He's very good at graffiti to a point where he's been paid by a few people to draw them a sign, though he typically isn't paid and is just messing up peoples buildings for his own fun. Cecil just happens to love cute, fluffy animals, though if anyone were to point it out he'd deny it.

Cecil is RUMETH's Mascot and lives on Uzuno.
