Soul (alternative final Bendy)

A variant of Blotch who, so frightened by his appearance and the slaughter he'd caused, simply disappeared into the ink ---- with the intention of sleeping forever and never waking up again. Of course, that simply didn't work, but it still took several years for him to finally rise up from the ink again, mutated almost beyond recognition.

The resulting creature attempted to prevent Sammy Lawrence's sacrifices, but it could only have lasted so long before one of the sacrifices passed away before they could reach their freedom. Accumulating souls became a mere accident as he attempted to continue his work, but it would eventually lead into temptation ---- and eating a soul.

And with temptation came addiction.

As he continued eating souls, the creature became more powerful, more frightening, to where most of the inhabitants would either turn to him as their god, or simply hide further away from him.

Sammy Lawrence swore his allegiance to the returned Ink Demon, but he took things a step further ---- mutating him into a better hunter, designed to quickly and eagerly bring him souls. After all, that pesky longing to return to humanity was such an interference! Surely he'd be better with that...removed.

Now the god of the studio, Soul reigns free to both satisfy his addiction and to keep things in order. Thankfully, it's only the curse upon the last reel that keeps him from using his proxies to leave the studio, but with it in his clutches, all he needs to do is play it.

Currently, Soul tends to use his proxies to prowl the studio while he himself lives in the haunted house, with a full grasp of their abilities and thus enabling him to use them to their potential. He holds the last reel, but doesn't quite know what would happen upon playing it, and thus keeps it closely guarded.

HAMMERSPACE : His own body acts as a hammerspace, although all of his proxies can take from his hammerspace as well.

PROXIES (AWAKE) : While awake, Soul has the ability to create proxies in the form of "Licorices" and "Blotches", which can transform from one form to the other. Unlike Blotch, though, this form change doesn't rely on stress.

LUCID PROJECTIONS (SLEEPING) : While asleep, Soul can create "projections" that act similarly to his proxies; unlike his proxies, though, these projections are direct "copies" of Soul's physical appearance, just standing at 7' instead.

IMAGES OF MEMORIES (SLEEPING) : While sleeping, ink-based images appear in a general radius around Soul's main body's location. These images will generally reflect memories from his time in the studio.

CREATING AND CONVERTING (AWAKE) : In his main form, Soul can use his hand-mouths to create Searchers and convert humans into ink people or Searchers. This process can also be used to "reprogram" ink beings' personalities and thoughts to make them more "in line" with what Soul requires out of them.

INK MANIPULATION : Similar to Blight, Soul can create objects and soulless creatures out of ink.

WINGS : The corpses buried in Soul's back can shift and become wingbones for a large pair of wings, with ink filling out the rest. He rarely allows this in his main form due to his restricted space and his wingspan. This replaces the spike defense ability that he once had as Blotch.

INK PORTALS : Soul can create ink portals, although he mostly relies on this when using projections.

HIVE MIND : Soul functions as a hive mind for his proxies and projections, with the main body retaining all memories; as a result, any and all proxies and projections have the same knowledge as each other, even with events happening at the same time.

PROXY PROFICIENCY : He's able to use all of his proxies' abilities to their fullest, including abilities that said proxies' counterparts may not have known how to use fully, such as Blotch's spikes no longer requiring an instinctive activation.
