Abel grew up in what was essentially a cult. You can remember interacting with him, inviting him to join the neighborhood group of kids to play, but any time he tried his parents would drag him away seconds later. He never seemed to have any friends, and the only people he got any interaction with were his parents and other members of the church. They always wore special clothes and barely interacted with those outside of their members. You noticed that he very rarely was alone, always accompanied by his parents or church members, as if they were protecting him. He always seemed sad...

Upon your return, you find Abel running a bar out of an alley downtown. You're shocked by the transformation. When you left he was this sad, scared looking creature. But now, he seems confident and strong, seeming to have done a complete 180. No longer wearing the traditional, conservative clothing he had once worn and now dressed in all black. He has clearly abandoned the church he had been apart of for so long. However, he also seems angry. Clearly something is weighing down on him, but it's hard to pick out just what it is.
