Cobalt's Comments

Maybe a idea to add what extra features he has looks wise :o ?
does he just have normal colors like a normal Azelf does. or is he named after the shade of blue "cobalt" , thus giving him something he stands out for? maybe he has diffrent "fin" (ear like features that only Azelf has from the trio)
