Scab tends to come off as a dick to most people. They aren't really responsive to small conversation and aren't really interested in making new friends. They stick to what they know, and when they are challenegd, they're known to retaliate. Fortunately, they don't really go out of their way to start problems unless they think it's necessary, and will most likely just be unpleasant if approached.

OBSERVANT

When Scab is awake and aware, he is very conscious of the world around him. Intelligent emotionally as well as logically, Scab is in tune with how people think or feel most of the time. It just depends on whether or not he gives a shit to do anything about it. He channels most of his observational skills into helping his bandmates where he can, but can often fall short of this, so he isn't really a great emotional center for everyone. His advice is always good, though, and it's in anyone's best interest to take it... even if he himself doesn't.

RATIONAL

Scab is undoubtedly the voice of reason for their band, and often anchors them in terms of how realistic their ambitions are. Although they can sometimes lean a little to far into pessimism, a lot of times they are able to provide grounded insight into a situation that will help their bandmates go about things in a more organized way. It's not that Scab stifles the band's dreams. In fact, their input is responsible for a lot of the bands achievements. They are no stranger to the idea of thinking smarter, not harder.

SCAB is a Dominican-American musician living in the small northeastern town he was born and raised in. Alongside AJAY LAL he founded the band DIE DREAMING, which seems to be on the brink of finding its break into the industry. While Scab functions on stage as the drummer, he is a decent pianst and often serves as the band's songwriter and lyricist. He's not very popular among fans of DIE DREAMING and doesn't make an effort to establish any kind of presence; only make good music.

MOTIVATIONS

"Motivated" isn't a word many people would use to describe Scab. Their attitude paints them as aloof at best and downright unapproachable at worst. However, despite this common impression, Scab contributes most if not all of their time and energy to the band; They just don't give a shit to show it off. Having founded the band with Ajay on a common dream, they work together towards a shared vision, and do so pretty competently. DIE DREAMING is definitely Scab's number one priority, and possibly his only citable passion. It's just generally hard to ascertain given not only their reserved nature, but their seemingly constant struggle to keep themselves afloat - both mentally and physically. It's clear to anyone close to Scab that something about them has shifted in the years following high school. Scab continues to push themselves for the band, though, and it's anyone's guess as to why.

FLAWS

Aside from a less-than-friendly demeanor, Scab struggles to be present in the way he needs to be. While the band often depends on him for direction, Scab will often and randomly drop the ball. Whether he's irritable and unresponsive, sleep deprived, late to or completely missing from rehearsals, Scab's availability is unpredictable and the band can sometimes hesitate to depend on him. He has a hard time taking advice from anyone, and tends to keep most people at an arm's length. It's mostly obvious that something is wrong, but Scab isn't to keen on sharing what exactly that is. This weird block in communication leads to a lot of confusion, anxiety, and overall tension between the members of DIE DREAMING.
