Torak

Scotopian Vessel Furs were deemed unworthy to live within the walls of the city, as declared by anonymous votes by normal / ability furs. Over many years, the experiments the furs did in the safety of the walls had backfired on them. They created a specie known as the Coaxer, a deadly mimicking creature with a high learning ability, and it was released to the outer walls as a dropped-project. The Scotopian Vessel Furs were dropping quickly in numbers from being hunted by the new creature. After many lives lost, a few Scotopian Vessel Furs had managed to sneak into the walls for safety. Torak was brought in as an infant with his mother. After a couple of years, word got out that it was possible Scotopian Vessel Furs were living among the 'normal'. Panic had spread- as for years now it was believed that anything outside the wall and in the forest was deemed deadly. Torak was told to never reveal his eyes and always wear his goggles. His mother showed him how to trap things and protect himself. He merely saw it for fun at the time, oblivious to the truth of their inner wall life. As time passed, Torak questioned why he had to always stay near the house and never take off his goggles even when it was night. It was only when their home was investigated by 2 agent furs of the inner walls had he understood. His mother was burnt to a crisp by a fire-ability fur as she stabbed the agent in the shoulder, missing her mark. Torak had run in behind his mother, taking his pocket knife out. His mother only began to fall as he jumped from behind her, striking a blow to the second agent's chest, piercing their heart. The shoulder-injured agent slightly recovered and grabbed his arms, tying him up. He spent the rest of his teen years within a camp full of other captured Scotopian Vessel Furs. After time passed, it was voted that Scotopian Vessel Furs weren't as what they seemed to have been thought in the past. The Scoptopian Vessel Furs had gotten the pass to live freely within the protected walls. Many 'normal' furs still disagree with Scotopian Vessel Furs being allowed in, and they still see hate. Torak was allowed to go freely as an adult.
