Almost everyone thinks she scared of her own job, although she's not, just a sensitive person. Louise is one of the trainers at Interlude, having the power of controlling minerals/rocks, she is very strong compared to others who may have the same powers. Say something she thinks is mean and she'll start crying while cursing at you, most people think that she's a "crybaby", though she actually very much wants to act on her implusive desires when upset, but knows she can't do that. In doing so she let's out her frustrations through crying
