-When crediting feel free to use my toyhouse or any of these links! Don't claim the design is yours!!
-Let me know if you sold/let them go to someone out of the TH site so i can keep track (i recommend you delete the character if that is the case as well unless you both are sharing the same TH Account)
-You can do resell, trade, or gift. Do not sell them for a higher price from the original price you bought it from unless new artwork was added changing the value. If it's free and there is no new art to change the price/trade value, you will give it for free if the character is unwanted
-Changing minor things to the design is fine!
