Design Terms of Use
- When you purchase a character, you own it and can do whatever you like with it, including altering the design. - Wherever the character is used/drawn I must be credited for the design. Whenever you use the original image of the adopt I must be credited for having drawn it. - Do not resell the character for more than you paid for it, unless you are selling it with additional artwork which would increase the value.
Adopt/Custom TOS
- DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGN'S PROFILES. Once they have a profile, they must be owned on ToyHouse.
- When the character is used/drawn I'd appreciate it if you'd credit me for the design, but you don't have to every single time
- Whenever you use the original image of the character I must be credited for having drawn it.
- You may alter or redesign the character, but I must still be credited as the designer. Alterations can include changing or editing the character’s species, clothes/accessories, colors, etc.
- Do not resell the character for more than you paid for it, unless you are selling it with additional artwork that is either 1. made by yourself and you consider your art to have monetary value or 2. commissioned for money
- Do not monetize my designs in any way including using characters I designed on merchandise or to promote a brand.
- The one exception to this rule is that characters designed by me may be used in monetized YouTube videos.
- If you have a ToyHouse I must be credited as the on site designer "InkMage".
- Users on my blacklist are not allowed to own my designs. Please do not bother these users about their blacklist status.
