one of the four main gods in the battle dogs universe who were originally one god. he is the god of matter and energy, & takes the form of a dog-like being to mortals. also goes by mas (pronounced mazz).

mas had different ideas of how the universe should be, & he tried to execute them, disobeying the laws of physics. he felt like the universe was unfairly set in space and time's favor -- after all, the heat death of the universe with its current laws is unavoidable, which will ultimately put an end to matter and energy while spacetime continues to expand. for trying to disobey, he was punished for this by two of the other gods (irozeit & einhund, or spacetime together), who stripped his power away. this made mas extremely spiteful & he hates them. he doesnt really care for the life in the universe, his goal is to gain enough power to destroy this universe & create a new one in his favor. he hopes to convince newlo to help him with this -- if they ever decide to rejoin forces, they would create a being called vectorn. the past few billion years, masslo has been gaining energy through black holes scattered throughout the universe. he tries to do this more subtly so that spacetime doesn't notice -- as he one day plans to overthrow spacetime's authority. in mortals' eyes, masslo would be the villain of the universe.

mas deals with a lot of internal conflict, too. he wonders what irozeit & einhund see in this universe that's worth preserving, so sometimes he wanders around on earth in the form of a human (he's a bad edgy boy no matter what). here are some images of what his human appearance looks like. as a person, he's pretty shitty & fucks up humans for the hell of it (think about how sometimes people kill bugs for fun). masslo hates to admit it, but he actually makes friends with one specific human & her dogs, causing him to question his plans for the universe. she has no idea that he's not actually human. despite all odds, he actually ends up having conflict with iro & ein on earth -- they managed to be visiting at the same time.

masslo appears around 5'10'' tall to mortals in his dog-like appearance. his following traits are NOT OPTIONAL. he has messy, slightly rough fur. mas has dark under-eye circles and noticeable "fin-like" black eyelashes on his bottom lid. his top eyelid is also this darker blue color. his wings & cheeks look like spiral galaxies, the gas around them is constantly shifting and rotating (at different rates depending on his mood). these can rotate in either direction with the spiral arms pointing toward his mouth or away, as long as both sides are consistent. his ears & the fur on his head always have a windblown appearance -- his ears do NOT look like wolf ears, instead they are longer. i would describe them as looking a bit more similar to a french spaniel's, but blown backwards at all times, and the fur is more pointed at the tips, as shown in his gallery. mas' anthro form has the same design as his feral one. tiny white "stars" can appear anywhere on his body, but most frequently show up on the darker blue parts. his fur doesn't reflect much light other than those few sparkles scattered around his body. he has a near black forked tongue, & sharp pink teeth. his "blood" is the same shimmery pink color as his eyes, wings, teeth, & cheeks.

he has a few attacks specific to him that i've thought of thoroughly. his wings can light up at the black hole, producing enormous amounts of energy. one of them i called shadow shuriken, where sharp black energy/shadows are shot from his wings in the shape of shurikens. whatever is hit by these shadows will dissolve into its elementary particles. another one is oblivion beam, where he gathers a beam from his two wings into one above his head. he shoots this beam of pure darkness at its opponent. as the beam fires, screams of the souls that were taken by the user can be heard (ie the living creatures that were living in the galaxies he's absorbed for his own use) . after the beam is fired, the screams subside, & the souls that were devoured go back into oblivion. 

he's my favorite oc, so i call him my sona, though i don't relate to him in many ways... i'm nice, i swear!

i'll draw him a lot doing things outside of the canon, like being cute & other stuff that doesnt fit the above description. but in the canon of the universe i would not consider him cute at all.
