I can't read his profile due to not being familiar with the language it's in, but just design-wise, this guy is SO cool! I really love the black-and-red color pallete, and the pops of blue accentuate it very well and help him not look generic! I really like the eye design too, reminds me of the music video for Matryoshka
The little horns and black strand in his hair are very cute and add some visual interest to the design, and I really like the design of the jacket, it looks cool but also like something I could find and wear in real life. And the neck piece is very interesting, I always like it when characters wear jewelry, and this is a good way to incorporate it!
Overall, a very cool-looking character, would love to know more about him
