Origins

Aretha was born and raised in Snowbelle City, Kalos. She has always had big dreams for herself, travelling the nearby routes with her camera in hand. On her way back home one day, she came across Froslass. She turned her camera on and pointed it towards the little Pokémon who then posed for the picture! Aretha absolutely loved having a consistent subject and Froslass loved having being a companion. They were inseperable ever since then.

Moving to Eulea

The pair moved to Lumiose City to broaden their horizons, specifically to enhance her photography. All the fashionable people are in the heart of the region, after all! They loved all the opportunities (and all the beautiful people) but Aretha wanted more. She travelled to Eulea for new scenery and subjects but found a different opportunity through Charlotte, co-founder of the Eulea Modelling Agency and member of Elite Four. She eventually moved permanently, becoming one of the top photographers of Eulea and trained a team strong enough to be the region's Ice Type Gym Leader. [ Eulea Region by Marie ]
