Please be sure to read my terms carefully. I don't mind mistakes, but if I see it's a recurring issue I'll blacklist you. :( Terms may be liable to change at any time without notification, so be sure to check back every now and then. Last updated May 18th, 2024.
Adopts & Character Terms 🦨
-You MUST have a Toyhouse account to purchase a design that I have created.
- I would prefer if I am told when a character is sold. This is optional.
-Never delete my designs from site. If you cannot sell them or do not want them, please return them to me, Kisskissfallindebt or to my Freebie Shelter DaisyChain
-You may not resell for higher than you bought it for unless extra art or writing has been added. If you forget the original price please notify me so I can help.
- If you sell a character make sure they have read my TOS (I know people are just not going to follow my rules anyway, but please try at least).
-If showing off my design off-site please link my profile. (Posted on Instagram, Amino, Discord, etc.)
-Redesigns are allowed so long as you notify me first or they are small (adding a mark, changing eye color, lightening/darkening pallet slightly are considered small)
-Please check the individual trade listing abilities or TOS specific for characters under their ownership tab. This will notify you if the character was made as picrew, is a from a game, original, etc. Characters that were created using a Picrew or Dollmaker etc. Will be TRADE ONLY if art is attached, otherwise must be REGIFTED ONLY. Violation of this will result in report/srs. This is scamming. All Trade settings are up to date! Please follow them and report if you see them being violated.

Art & Commission Terms 🦨
- When commissioning me for art, please make sure not to sell the character until I have given you the art, it's troublesome if I've completed the art. If I have not started yet, however, you are free to swap out the character you would like drawn.
- Art I've made can be sold and logged off-site with a link back to THIS Toyhou.se account.
- Art shown anywhere must have a link to my profile for credit on any of my socials. Ex if you post the art on Instagram, tag my instagram, etc.
- You can use art you've commissioned from me for anything with credit. You can use it as a icon, make an edit with it, make a graphic, etc. !!with credit!!
-Feel free to reference, or trace my art (WITH CREDIT AND FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY). You can redraw art of mine for art challenges, dtiys, etc. Please credit the art back to me or add me as an addtional artist please.
-Please do not argue my prices. I have them priced at their worth. Please be patient when commissioning or trading with me, I'm busy with school and mental health!!
Blacklisting Rules and Punishments 🦨
- Stealing art I've made, characters I own, or designs I've made you will get ip blocked and blacklisted
- Not crediting art on your profile constantly will get you blacklisted and blocked.
-Selling to people on my blacklist will get you blacklisted.
Being blacklisted means you may NOT own, buy, or commission anything I make. In rare cases will I force you to rehome characters and designs. This is in instances where you obtained a character while blacklisted.
