+ if you got one of my designs from a trade, i ask you do not sell them until art has been commissioned/created.
+ do NOT use designs created by me for fetish pieces, feral nsfw, offensive/bigoted works, incestial or pedophilic works, etc. don't be a freak is all i ask.
+ redesign to your whims, but try not to change it too far from the original design, maybe??
+ do NOT delete the toyhou.se page of a character i've designed! i like to check in on my designs from time to time and being unable to track one makes me anxious!

+ I PREFER MY DESIGNS REMAIN ON TOYHOUSE, so please don't delete them! i like bein' able to check in on them! it's fun for me to watch a design i've made make its journey out there on the net. :)
+ DON'T RESELL FREEBIES/TRADED OCS UNTIL YOU MAKE/COMM ART OF THEM. if you got one of my designs from a trade or for free, i ask you do not sell them until art has been commissioned/created. you can retrade or regift as much as you want, just don't like. try to make money off a design you got for free, that's scummy.Â
+ PLEASE PROVIDE CREDIT if using a design i made for a project/content you're gonna make profit off of. you're welcome to use the design ofc, you own it, but just be sure i'm credited somewhere people can see so it's known i am responsible for the design!
+ PLEASE DON'T give my designs to those like, freebie rehoming accounts with their own currencies! it's really annoying to see them end up in places like that because they rarely ever get out of 'em.
+ DO NOT use designs created by me for transphobic fetish pieces, feral nsfw, offensive/bigoted works, incestuous or pedophilic works, etc. don't be a creep is all i ask. general nsfw is totally fine, go nuts— draw porn to your heart's content so long as you're an adult haha.
+ REDESIGN to your whims, but please know i may transfer the credit to my side account if the design has been changed too much from what it was originally so my design tab on main continues to reflect my designs, yeah?
+ YOUR ART adds to the value of the oc! if you make art for a character, that character's value goes up, feel free to price them accordingly if you resell.
+ DO NOT mint my designs as nfts
+ DO NOT upload my art nor designs to ai databases (PSA)
i won't police what you do with my designs, but i will take action in the form of  blocking users or removing my name from the credits of ocs that are used for content i am uncomfortable with.
