ART TOS ☆ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. ☆ I reserve the right to post my artwork to any of my social medias. ☆ Commercial use must be discussed beforehand. ☆ DO NOT USE MY WORK AS A NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN! ☆ Payment is upfront and in USD via paypal, cashapp, or venmo. I do not do refunds unless you have been waiting for over a month and I have not started. ☆ I can work with a deadline if you discuss it with me WHEN YOU ORDER! ☆ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms!
DESIGN TOS ☆ Commercial use must be discussed beforehand. ☆ DO NOT USE MY WORK AS A NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN! ☆ DO NOT WHITEWASH MY DESIGNS. ☆ Sale value goes to zero when trading or gifting. It can go up through commissions, but not personal art or gifts. ☆ Vouchering is okay so long as it is not for gift cards. ☆ Redesigning is okay, just PLEASE do not make them unrecognizable from the original character! Just make a separate character!

1. credit me as designer when necessary
2. feel free to resell for more so long as you've added art since obtaining
3. you can resell a character I designed even if you received them in a trade so long as you've added art since obtaining
4. if you haven't added art but still wanna resell, dm me to ask for permission - I will usually say yes!
5. this does not apply to closed species designs I have made! the rules of the species come before my rules in reference to reselling/trading!
6. don't add hateful imagery to my designs :(
7. commercial use........ is ok....... just credit me where credit is due!
