Personality: Julius is a cynical man who cannot help but criticize other's faults or shortcomings. Even if he may seem very unpleasant because of his criticisms, he actually means well for his friends as he wants them to become better than they already are. As for his enemies, he can easily see their flaws and knows what strategies to use against them.
Biography: Julius used to be a strategist and part of the late emperor's council. He has always wanted to find efficient ways of ruling and protecting the Viridian empire. But ever since the former emperor Augustus Viridi, Claudius Viridi's father, had passed away, the council was removed. This was due to Claudius' vain pursuits. The new emperor would refuse to listen to the council, claiming that they were a bunch of scheming backstabbers who wanted to take his place by making all the decisions for him. While it was not completely false, Julius was the only honest man in the council but left before the council's abolition, knowing full well it would come to this. But his dream to make Viridi a good and safe place to live has not left him. He plans day and night, not to make the empire great again, but to change it for the better.
