Wish is a charmie resembling an imperial dragon, who has galaxy like traits. They can have their star charms glow like a nightlight!
Their lower half is a plastic covering with galaxy-like liquid inside. It's sealed shut, so nothing can spill out, and nothing can get caught inside
They are apart of the Spring Showers event!
