Mystic Bubble

Bubble is a young member of the merfolk with an affinity for the mystic arts. She's quite curious about the world and would love to see it one day, but until then she trains under her teachers to become a high class mage. She tends to be polite to the point of annoyance and her fellow students are always telling her to stop apologizing, to which she apologizes.
