TERMS UPDATED 21/01/2024 New owner may use the character however they please within these following terms, failure to comply may result in blacklisting from all future or ongoing business with me, ruhopeura:

- You can make whatever design changes you wish, this includes but isn't limited to: color palette altering, changing or adding markings and switching species. Always credit me, ruhopeura, for the original design and concept. Do NOT draw directly onto my original work if altering anything larger than a minor pattern or colour detail of the ears for example.

- Character can be resold, traded and gifted to someone else. Do not sell for more than you've originally paid UNLESS there is additional artwork to increase it's value. Any character gotten for free that does NOT come with additional artwork may not be sold or traded for money, artwork or characters.

- Always credit the original designer (ruhopeura) and all other artists of additional artwork on the character's Toyhouse profile AND when uploading said character profile to other sites, for example Art Fight or Refsheet.net. Do not claim other peoples' work as yours.

- You can delete the character's Toyhouse profile when selling said character to someone outside of Toyhouse. However DO NOT delete said profile and re-upload to avoid crediting me.

- My character designs are intended for personal use. Contact the original designer, ruhopeura, about commercial use and monetary gain. That includes selling: pay-to-read comics, merchandise such as t-shirts and hoodies with the character as main focus, plushies of said character. This does not include pay-to-see artwork made of said character on Patreon.

You are allowed to private your character’s TH profile.

I (ruhopeura) keep all rights to post the original artwork and reference sheets of any designs made by me to my social medias, example portfolio galleries and commission price sheets with the intention to showcase what kind of designs and artwork I’m capable of doing. All work will be watermarked and the new/current owner of the design will not be mentioned. Please ask beforehand if you do NOT want me to post said artwork of your character or if you WANT me to mention you as the owner in possible captions. Keeping any sold adoptable design private will cost an extra fee of 5-10€ after 21/01/2024.
