Crime man. This ink is on the run by federal authorities. They've left behind 6- no, 7- bodies in their wake, all turned to stone. But it's not their fault! It's these creatures fault for making such wonderful things that created all these gizmos and gadgets with colour! How would they know that they need to "buy" these gizmos just to see colour? No. Never again. These time agents won't take them back to Toone Town. This ink is a free ink and if they have to leave behind statues for their freedom, then so be it.
Though he is a cocky, bastard of a supervillain (in a somewhat cartoony way), Blanche outside of his villainous persona is a scaredy cat and a crybaby. He hates being in the crowd and simply wish to hide himself in the comfort of his vibrant and colourful horde of stolen goods. He truly wish for no harm but he knows that it's he goes soft, he'll be dragged back to the dreadful and horrid place in Toon Town.
If disguised, character must have the following details!
- Always wears long sleeve and long pants. Can be worn with overcoat
- Tattoos peeking over his sleeves/socks/pants
- Tail is covered in tattoo too
- Ears flop down, hair is messy and whiskers are straight
- Anthromorphic legs
If transformed, character must have the following details!
- Black ink drips from where tattoos are placed
- Legs become more human-like
- Ears are perked up, whiskers are crooked and hair is slicked back neatly
- Always wearing a tophat and mask!

Jason orders a lot of things online so he's used to deliver his items. Got to hang out with the guy a couple of times and finds his chill attitude relaxing.
Once delivered a package of flower seeds to her shop. She was so quiet and shy but then suddenly turned villanous and cackled at his face, calling him a good minion for delivering the goods. He's confused and scared.
