Design notes
- Eye color is reddish brown with green bottom half! If just doing one solid color, please use green!
- Jacket is the Flapjack jacket.
- Hat is the cross-comm express hat, minus the eye lense.

A 21 year old man from San Diego, America. Somewhat unlike the typical kind of scout, possessing a more moody and snarky demeanour. However he's fiercely loyal to those who he holds dear.
His mouth usually gets him in a lot of trouble and he often finds his actions are dictated by his emotions than logic. Easily overwhelmed and regularly takes his anger out on BLU members during battle.
Over the course of his time at RED, Jason learns to cope with his volatile emotions in a more healthy manner and grows to be quite a confident and smug individual, reflecting his older brother at times.
Combat skills are mainly focused on using his bat over his guns. Loadout is:

- Winger
- Sandman

Deathly afraid of the respawn system. Tries to utilize his parkour skills to avoid combat as much as humanly possible. Fear further extends to medics, especially the idea of being experimented on under the medigun. He is extremely hostile towards Jamie because of this. (although, it's argued with good reason.)
Enjoys sitting in high and quiet places to reflect. Talks to his dog tags sometimes when doing so at night. Quite enjoys listening to blues and rock music during downtime, too.

A young man from the outer edges of San Diego in the middle of a poor estate with a very tight knit community. Born to Miguel Oliveira and Carol Brown. The youngest of four siblings. Two brothers and one sister. Most of his early life was spent in poverty along with his Mother and uncle as his father left shortly after he was born. Had dreams of growing up to become a comic artist but finding avenues to escape poverty just out of reach before RED. His brother would encourage this dream, often indulging him when it comes to sharing his ideas and drawings. Jason hasn't really ever known his father at all, only going off what his brother and mother would say about the man.
Struggling with school and most educational subjects, he took up the track team at school as it seemed to be the only thing he was good at, also being a productive way to exhaust his energy. Tried his hand out at baseball and was fairly decent at it, but it's his older brother Fredrick who seems to be the baseball star. His rocky performance at school wasn't for a lack of trying, but undiagnosed ADHD and a bunch of mental issues he wouldn't address for years to come.
The two younger siblings shared the same father while the first two had shared another. The older two had long since moved out but often stopped by to visit their mother from time to time. The two Oliveira siblings grew up extremely closely as a result, Fredrick having leapt at the chance to be a responsible older brother to him. Jason looked up to and admired him immensely, often relying on him in more situations than he should've. Jason had struggled to make friends due to his sometimes unsociable personality so began to stick more closely to his older sibling. It hits him harder than it should've when Fredrick leaves home to join RED. (Having been lured in by the promise of a decent salary to go home.) His mood and behaviour take a nosedive during that period, the only comfort he received was from the letters that Fredrick would send home and the rare visit during the holidays when he could make it. His performance at school during this time was rockier than normal.
Jason promises to go on to become a promising track runner to Fredrick before the letters suddenly stop coming in and his worst fears were confirmed when an agent from RED appears on their door with his dog tags in hand. Fredrick was killed; a freak accident involving the systems respawn system. However, the details are kept purposefully vague, his family only being informed that he'd died in the line of fire. Only his dog tags were left, the rest being unrecognisable. Rumours say it was purposefully sabotaged. Upon finding out (and keeping the tags, which he wears instead of his own.) He becomes withdrawn and isolated, having lost his only rock. The police being on his mother's doorstep became a regular occurrence as he began to act out in frustration.
The next nine months are somewhat of a blur, the runner turning to parkour and sprinting to run from his feelings. During this time he was constantly in trouble with the police, having been caught several times for fights, theft and property damage. It's his frequent parkour trips that gets him noticed again by RED, who contacts him with a very generous offer after he's on the run from the police once more. He's further tempted by the idea he might seek some closure from what happened to Fredrick.
- Massive fan of comic books! Wanted to draw them as an adult. Ends up becoming a tattoo artist instead in most universes/canon.
- As a result, his drawing skill isn't bad at all! Tends to keep it to himself though as his brother was the only one originally who saw any of it. Sometimes draws in meetings, much to Jamie's annoyance. He eventually starts showing some of his doodles to Tommy.
- Jacket and dog tags belong to Fredrick. Will subconsciously grip either one when nervous or anxious.
- Has a pet German Shepard at home named Dodger. Not the most well trained dog, but at least likes Jason and like, two other family members.
- Has undiagnosed ADHD
- Addicted heavily to bonk soda. That cannot be good for him.
- Scar is from an encounter with the enemy sniper.

Some words here
Jason's older brother. Extremely close growing up due to their shared father and love of comics. Fredrick would quite often entertain his brother's artistic endeavours and the two would often get into schemes that would end up in one or both of them getting into a ton of trouble. Fredrick is also responsible for teaching him Spanish, although he has a poor grasp of it.
As Fredrick grew up and started to throw himself into work to help lift their family out of poverty, Jason would idolize him and try to work hard in school too. He feels lost when Fredrick leaves for RED.
The hardest part of what comes after Fredrick's death is learning there's so much he didn't know about him.
Jason's quite frankly surprised someone else can tolerate him. The BLU sniper is the opposite of him in many ways and overtime helps Jason to learn to slow down and approach things more calmly. Finds comfort in just sitting near the guy and watching him work.
Their relationship begins after BLU & RED are forced to work together to combat Gray mann's machines. Jason found himself drawn to the rather quiet sniper. Over time, their relationship deepens.
Eventually both Tommy and Jason leave TF once their contracts expire to travel the country in Tommy's camper. They eventually get married and Jason takes the last name Walker as his own.
One of Jason's best friends at RED. Became quite close to the team's soldier fast, finding they both had similar humour and enjoyed doing dumb stunts and getting drunk together.
He takes great issue with Nate's partner, Jamie. He had a small crush on the man before Tommy came into the picture.
The RED team's medic. They got off on the wrong foot almost immediately and their relationship only continued to sour. He is absolutely terrified of being healed by Jamie and will try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary.
Their relationship only worsens when Fredrick is brought into the conversation, one night resulting in a fight in which Jamie injects Jason with an experimental neurotoxin drug that results in mild neuro defects.
