A chill Lapis that loves nothing more but to laze around. Rosewater was branded as faulty because the most basic terraforming was just too dull for her.
Not that she can't do it, Rosey's actually very capable of doing vast and complex water display when she's in the right mood.

She wanders around Homeworld and Little Homeschool, occasionally floating around in space for brief periods of time when she doesn't know what to do with herself.
Currently, she's noticed a certain quartz soldier that just peaks her fancy, Rosey wonders if they can muster the courage to speak to them?
