Nicolo is a fun loving family man. Born and raised in Italy. After his divorce that his family didn't approve of, he took the risk to pack up and leave everything behind so he could start again in Japan with his daughter Amelia. When Nicolo got there, he immersed himself in the culture and made quick shallow connections that helped him get by and learn the language conversationally. But he struggled to hold a job. And without meaningful connections, he was overwhelmed raising a daughter by himself while still mourning his divorce.

It wasn't until Nicolo connected with Rokuro Masanori, leader of the Black Fox Syndicate, that he was able to truly start calling this place home. He was able to provide the life he wanted for his daughter now that he was working under Rokuro. Rokuro admired Nicolo's way of making people feel comforted and secure, while also still having a commanding presence. Nicolo talks nice, but he's strong, cunning, and relentless. If he needs something from someone, he'll get it, as long as it takes. He doesn't quit.

It's not secret that Amelia is Nicolo's pride and joy and he would do anything for her. When they first moved, he didn't want her to ever see him weak, so if he was in a tough stop, he'd stay out and come home late. If he couldn't make her happy, he'd at least keep her safe from the horrible things this world has to offer. She makes him believe in a better future though and that keeps him fighting. Even though she was only small when they first moved, she's 13 now and he knows she's a capable young girl, but he can't help but treat her like she's still 6 years old. He hates the idea of anything bad happening to Amelia, so he tries to keep her removed from his work while still acknowedling it's a big part of his life. So he's taught her self defense just in case. But he doesn't want her to follow in the same path as him. Even though he doesn't regret his own life, he wants better for her.

Nicolo's unique skill of getting along with just about anyone is why he likes helping out at the bar of The Oyster, a club that The Black Fox Syndicate gained control over. He loves to chat with people, flirt, and have a few drinks. Despite being a friendly guy, he has a bad habit of going off on his own. Ever since his divorce, he's been trying to prove that he can tackle things alone, but he knows he wouldn't be where he is today without the help of Rokuro, so he tries to be a team player.
