• credit is required at all times. failure to credit me properly will result in a block and blacklist.
• claiming my art as your own is art theft and will result in an immediate block and blacklist.
• please keep all of my designs on toyhouse. additionally, selling / trading any of my designs to someone who does not own a toyhouse is prohibited. i like to keep track of my designs and who owns them. if necessary, refer said person (or yourself, if you're off-site but interested in a design) to me, and i will attempt to obtain an invite code. (if you happen to private one of my designs on toyhouse, please let me know so i don't mistake it for something else!)
• reselling a design for more than what it is worth is not allowed. personal art and commissioned art may add to the character's value, but gifted art, raffle art, sketches or sentimental value does not.
• redesigning my designs beyond recognizable as the original concept is not allowed.
• if any of these terms are broken, i have the right to reclaim my design(s), block you, and add you to my blacklist.
