Ego was born from the ashes, smoke, and fire of a Soul Tree. This Tree was known for having a fire that could never be tamed nor stopped. No one could ever control this flame inside the tree till one day it became too hot inside and it burned itself to death. The Soulfire that was within the tree found an Elf that was passing by. He has never see the Tree before and was curious why it was the only one on fire. The Tree then spoke to the Elf, "Do you want power? Do you want to live forever? Please Elf come closer.." The Elf unknowing of what was about to happen came closer to the Soulfire of the tree. The Fire shot out of the Tree and hit the Elf in the chest with a tremendous amount of force to knock the Elf on his back. He began scratching his chest where the fire had hit. Feeling his skin melt and char; the pain unbearable. A set of horns and a tail grew from the Elf's body. The beating heart of the Elf had stopped but was replaced with the Soulfire. The fire cracked his neck as he was now the host of the body as if a parasite. Soulfire then started to notice his fire was too strong as the veins that looked like cracks started to appear and the heart of the fire was burning through his chest creating a hole. The Elf's hair was no longer hair it became fire as did his tail. He then thought of something he reached down and made 2 stake like earrings and plunged them through his ears. His body began to stabilize shortly after. He laughed loudly and grinned as his new body was finally complete. His personality is just like his name. He is very egotistical and could care less who you are or what you are. If you stand in his way you will either die by his hand or his flames. It's really your choice.
