Stella

Stella is a StarRobber who's a member of the Robber Circus

After she was revived she survived on the streets by pitpocketing and performing some basic magic tricks, until she ran into the circus in town.

She's a peppy girl with the unusual ability of removing her head from her shoulders, though she does her best to hide this fact more often than not. She always wears a red ribbon around her neck where it's cut and doesn't talk about it much.
