Thierremont Evrardoux

FFXIV Character - designed in-game by me, the Elezen race/the actual model/all screenshots and lore-related names (Elezen, Gridania, Duskwight etc) belong to FFXIV and Square Enix. Screenshots are purely reference for artists and I do not claim them as my own work.

In game canon lore - Grew up in a Duskwight village in the Black Shroud with a large family, including 5 brothers (adopted and otherwise). Mother passed during his birth and father was always absent, so he was adopted along with his siblings by his brother Solelle's mother instead, as they were born around the same time. Is the youngest tied with Sol, but is still loved dearly by his entire remaining family. Eventually enlisted in the Twin Adder (Gridanian army) as a Lancer after the last of his siblings left on their own paths, but was rescued by Sellecerre and Fousquenet after mistreatment from the other soldiers. Got his facial scars from some particularly nasty members of his squadron. Became a Bard after a year or two had passed and spends his time singing for anyone who listens, as well as occasionally accompanying his brothers on their missions. 

Thierre is extremely cheery and friendly, if a bit nervous. He carried his childlike demeanor and positivity into his time at the Twin Adder (17-19-ish years of age) but shut himself out from others after his dismissal for some years. He is very often smiling and humming to himself, and it's incredibly easy to get him to laugh, which his brothers often do. His smile is contagious and tends to be lopsided, slightly bigger on his right side due to the scar on his left. He takes after his brother Sellecerre the most and tries to greet everyone he meets politely, bowing frequently and introducing himself with a smile. Occasionally he gets bouts of anxiety and will steal nervous glances around himself to make sure he's safe, mostly when he is completely alone. Despite loving his friends and meeting new people, he's rather introverted and becomes socially drained after a while around anyone other than his brothers (who he can spend hours and hours with). Thierre loves hugs from those he trusts and will often lean on or grab the arms of his friends and family when he's near, no matter if he's in a good or bad mood. 

He can be drawn in really any outfit, his default Elezen and Black Mage outfits are posted here but I'm not picky as I don't have any outfits in mind for him in game (this goes for weapon as well, any bow and arrows will do, his starting bow was just a wooden and cloth construction). Modern AU type clothes are fine as well, in modern clothes he often prefers jackets with sleeves longer than his arms and his brothers' shirts, with shorts or sweats depending on the weather. I'm hesitant to draw/commission him in the Serpent uniform, perhaps someday, since it's important to his backstory. If I ever were to, he would not look happy in it. As a Bard he plays all available in game instruments but string instruments are his favorite.
